Nuno da Costa

Nuno da Costa is a Cape Verde forward, a strong, mobile striker who built his career in France with Strasbourg before a spell in England with Nottingham Forest.

He came off the bench against Saudi Arabia and, on the final kick of the match, fired wide of a completely open net from a Garry Rodrigues cutback, the one blemish on a famous night.
