Franck Kessié

Franck Kessié is a powerful Ivory Coast midfielder, a box-to-box engine who covers ground, wins his tackles and chips in with goals from deep. He made his name at Atalanta before starring for AC Milan, where he won Serie A in 2022, then moved to Barcelona and on to Al-Ahli in Saudi Arabia. A natural leader for the Elephants, he was central to Ivory Coast lifting the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations on home soil.

He rolled back the years against Germany at the 2026 World Cup, opening the scoring with a first-half strike before the Germans fought back to win 2-1.
