Deniz Undav is a Germany striker whose rise is one of the game's great late-bloomer stories, climbing from the German lower leagues through Belgium's Union Saint-Gilloise before earning moves to Brighton and then VfB Stuttgart, where his goals earned an international call-up.

A sharp, instinctive finisher, he was among the scorers in Germany's 7-1 rout of Curaçao.
