Chancel Mbemba

Chancel Mbemba is a DR Congo centre-back and captain, a strong, experienced leader who has played at the top level for Anderlecht, Newcastle, Porto and Marseille. He is the rock at the heart of the Leopards defence.

He turned provider against England, setting up Brian Cipenga's early opener, and marshalled a back line that pushed the Three Lions to the very last.
